Infancy and early childhood are periods of rapid growth and neurological development. Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle, noninvasive approach that may be used as supportive, complementary care to promote comfort, regulation, and ease of movement in infants and children.
CST is not a replacement for pediatric medical care, but may be used alongside pediatricians, physical and occupational therapists, lactation consultants, and other healthcare providers.

CST is not a replacement for medical, obstetric, or midwifery care, but may be a helpful complement within a collaborative healthcare approach.

Life often comes with physical demands, emotional stress, and nervous system overload. I offer craniosacral therapy (CST), a gentle, noninvasive approach, as supportive, complementary care to help you find relaxation, ease, and balance in your body and nervous system.
CST does not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric care, but I work collaboratively with your healthcare providers to support your overall well-being.
